		<description>I have been using Martin Day&#039;s Fighting Fit resources for a year now.  I have other exercise routines, but keep coming back to his.  It really is very motivational -- simple, flexible, and his signature exercises have really helped my core stability and overall flexibility (I am in my late 50&#039;s) and arthritic hips and lower back.  I wish more people here in the USA knew about him.</description>
