50 Years of American Motorcyclist online – free

I have enjoyed motorbikes and motorcycling since a young age – I have been riding them (legally) on the roads since I got my licence at 14 years of age.

If you are interested in motorcycles then you might want to check out this resource:

The American Motorcyclist Association, which publishes the magazine American Motorcyclist, has put a 50 year plus archive of the magazine online. The archive runs from 1955 to 2007, which is in excess of 600 issues. This has been done via Google Books.

One way to find the collection is to way is to go here http://books.google.com and run a search for American Motorcyclist. If you want a direct link try here.

All the issues are available free and are in full format, including the adverts and covers. The imaging quality is very good, though you will need to zoom in to read many of the articles.
