Healthy weight loss – that works.
I have a weight loss problem which I need to solve. It is not really severe, and I carry it well – in fact many people would say that I’m not overweight from looking at me. The disturbing thing is that, according to a very reliable piece of measuring equipment, and a calculation tool on this page, I’m actually just inside the obese category (Class 1). Shock, horror! In fact, I would guess that many of us are actually in a much worse state than we would realize. (In a future blog article I will tell you about the measuring equipment I am using, and where you can purchase it from).
I’m going to be writing a series of blog posts on the healthy weight loss issue. When I returned to Australia way back in 1997, I was much thinner than I am now and I fitted into clothes which now feel way too small. Back in 1994-5, I was actually fatter than I am now – with a larger belly – and I successfully lost weight, kept it off for many years, and even 14 years later have not reached the size I was back then.
In 1995, I used a method to lose weight which I developed myself. As the years have passed, and my understanding of how the mind works has increased, I have realized why it was so successful.
Over the next few weeks I will be writing a number of blog articles about weight loss, and also about my personal journey to a better weight.
Being the correct weight is essential – too much weight, especially the amount of excess that I am carrying, is not good. You get what you sow in life. If I do not do something about it now, I will reap negative health issues later on. It is up to me, no one else will do it for me.
Recently, I have been evaluating whether to use my own 1995 method again, or something different. I find the Strip That Fat Diet System of particular interest and have reviewed a number of methods. I have decided to use the Strip That Fat Diet System. In future articles I will be going into a lot more detail about the Strip That Fat Diet System.
In my view, it is essential to have a healthy weight loss method. Losing weight in a way which is bad for you is pure stupidity – solving one problem whilst causing another.
